Located in 33 countries, Hewitt employs approximately 24,000 associates.The Health and Welfare Operations Manager is responsible for the client satisfaction, domain consulting, requirements creation and maintenance, customer service provisional training, successful delivery of services, development of domain knowledge among associates (Operations and Technology), meeting and exceeding client contractual performance standards, improving standard operations practices, and integration with system development team.
A proficient Operations Manager demonstrates strong client consulting skills, and ensures that complete and accurate requirements are developed for all projects and consults with clients and teams as the subject matter expert for best practices, services, tools, and prevalence.
