Think money is what is takes for happiness? Well, many corporations are showing that cultivating a culture focused on people and relationships is far more effective. Take Zappos for example. Here you have a work environment driven by understanding what makes people "happy" as a cultural foundation. In fact, CEO Tony Hsieh has taken this concept to a whole new level with sales reaching a staggering $1 Billion in 2008. Sounds like its working to me. So would you prefer a work environment similar to Zappos? Would you be willing to sacrifice a little on the salary side for it? Does the job culture, in fact, make the difference? What's your take? Cool
