As you know, green jobs has become quite a popular buzz phrase these days. It's more than just buzz though, there is real muscle behind it. In fact, in Philadelphia Mayor Nutter has a target goal of 15,000 green jobs in Philadelphia by 2015. This is driven by President Obama's green economy commitment. If you didn't know there is also a windfall of cash available (500 Million to be exact) to re/train workers for successful entry into green energy jobs. So if you are looking, you need to seriously consider getting on-board with the green collar jobs bandwagon while it is still fresh and new. Most people never even heard of green energy before two years ago so it is still fresh and new. Can you say urgency? Make it happen people!
