Employrium is committed to respecting the privacy of our users. In doing so, we strive to provide a safe and secure user experience. This herein privacy statement describes the data management practices i.e. data collection and usage applicable to Employrium.
In certain areas, we may request personal information from you including: your name, e-mail address, company name, telephone number, physical address, zip code, credit card number, billing address and additional information necessary to discern your identity. For example when establishing an account, posting a resume, procuring a product or service or customizing the presentation of content delivered to you at the landing page upon login. Additionally, information such as age, gender, and your lifestyle interests, collective referred to herein after as "personalization information" may be requested to enhance your user experience. If you provide personalization information, you thereby consent to the use of such information as contained in this privacy statement.
Employrium also collects information regarding you visit to our site including by not limited to your computer hardware, software operating system, IP address, domain name, referrer, browser type, and time of access. Such information is not linked to any personal information you may have provided at any other time.
Employrium provides job seekers the ability to provide your resume for the purposes of applying to a job during your experience. Your resume can be identified as "searchable" or "confidential" depending on the option you select. In the event you select your resume to be visible/searchable, it may be available for employers, recruiters, and staffing agencies. If you select the option of making your resume hidden/confidential than such resume(s) will not be available to employers, recruiters and staffing agencies. In any case, in order to apply to a given job listed on Employrium your resume may be available to the employer, recruiter, and/or staffing agency related to the specific job for which you have decided to apply. Employrium is not responsible for any misuse of our services intentional, consequential for otherwise by an employer, recruiter, and/or staffing agency. We will make every effort to ensure that our services are used properly. In the event you decide to delete or remove your resume from our database, your resume may have already been downloaded by an employer, recruiter, and/or staffing agency which at that point we cannot control and therefore are not responsible. To limit the likelihood of such an incident you can utilize security measure we have provided within our system such as providing a secure Adobe PDF resume.
If you elect to use Employrium services i.e. Real Tweets Real Time Job Search on your Android mobile device, certain features may require knowledge of your whereabouts. For example, if you decide to "check-in" or use other features relating to latitude and longitude such as Google Maps then
we will need to know your current position to provide you accurate search information. This can come in the form of network based location service information or in the case of certain features facilitated by Google Maps, your GPS coordinates will be necessary. The use of
your location is strictly limited to fulfilling your information requests. You may change permission at any time on your Android phone although some features, as stated, may not work as you might expect if they work at all. In the event certain feature(s) don't work as expected, simply
update your permission settings accordingly for the specific session.
Employrium offers an electronic e-mail newsletter for job seekers who utilize the Employrium website. To provide this service, we may ask for the user's e-mail address to distribute the newsletter. You may choose not to receive the e-mail newsletter on the Employrium website.
Employrium has security measures in place to protect and/or prevent loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our direct control. An example of such measure(s) is the use of various data encryption technologies including but not limited to SSL, Secure Socket Layer data transmission, at various locations throughout the Employrium website.
Our site provides you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners at the point where we request specific information from you.
